About Thorpdale Outdoor Pool
Thorpdale Outdoor Pool is part of Baw Baw Pools, which is owned by Baw Baw Shire Council and run by YMCA Victoria.

There’s nothing quite like a cool pool on a hot day! So come along for a swim or host a children’s party at Thorpdale Outdoor Pool.
Thorpdale Outdoor Pool features:
- 20 metre outdoor pool (six lanes);
- BBQ and picnic facilities;
- and shaded toddler pool.
Accessibility
Thorpdale Outdoor Pool has a range of accessible facilities, including:
- accessible parking spaces;
- aquatic hoist;
- aquatic wheelchair;
- changing rooms;
- free entry for carers;
- railings;
- and ramps.
We also offer concession pricing and are part of the Companion Card Program, which means a person with a disability does not have to pay the entry fee for the carer that comes with them.

Thorpdale Outdoor Pool is open during summer, from 01 December until 31 March each year (weather permitting).*
